Sittas Club ("Sittas," "we," "us," or "our") is a platform operated by Sittas LLC that connects service providers (barbers, nail artists, food vendors, and other professionals) with clients. Our website is located at sittas.club.
2. Information We Collect

- Phone number
- Email address (when provided)
- Profile photos (for service providers)
📱 Device & Technical Data
- Push notification subscription tokens
- Device type and browser information
- IP address and approximate location
- Page visit analytics (anonymous)

- Food orders and appointment bookings
- Order history and preferences
- Payment information (processed securely via Stripe — we do not store card numbers)
3. How We Use Your Information
- Service Delivery: To process your orders, bookings, and connect you with providers
- Communications: To send order confirmations, appointment reminders, and service updates via SMS, email, or push notifications
- Marketing: To send promotional offers from providers you have interacted with (only with your consent)
- Platform Improvement: To improve our services, fix bugs, and enhance user experience
- Security: To maintain the trust and safety of our platform (trusted/blocked client lists)
4. SMS & Text Messages (TCPA Compliance)
By providing your phone number and placing an order or booking an appointment through Sittas, you expressly consent to receive:
- Order confirmations and status updates
- Appointment reminders and scheduling notifications
- Promotional messages from providers you have transacted with
📱 Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of promotional messages at any time. Your consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by contacting us at help@sittas.club.
5. Push Notifications
If you install our Progressive Web App (PWA) and grant notification permissions, we may send you push notifications for:
- New orders or appointment requests (for providers)
- Order status updates (for customers)
- Promotional offers from your providers
You can disable push notifications at any time through your browser or device settings. Disabling notifications will not affect your ability to use the platform.
6. Data Sharing
We do NOT sell your personal data. We may share information with:
- Service Providers on our platform: Your name and phone number are shared with the provider you book with or order from, so they can fulfill your service
- Payment processors: Stripe processes payments securely on our behalf
- SMS/Email services: We use third-party services (Resend, httpSMS) to deliver notifications
- Law enforcement: When required by law or to protect our rights
7. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Delete your personal data ("Right to be Forgotten")
- Opt out of marketing communications (SMS, email, push)
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format

9. California Residents (CCPA)

Sittas is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Sittas after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
